I am Götz Rutenkolk, founder of Camp Quadrat.
For many years, I have been helping companies in the caravaning industry improve structures, strengthen sales performance and achieve sustainable growth.
Experience from Every Perspective of the Industry
My strength lies in knowing this industry not only from a strategic point of view, but through hands-on experience.
Over the years, I have gained valuable insights through roles in:
- family-owned dealership businesses,
- the sales and marketing leadership of a long-established motorhome manufacturer,
- and the management of an established camper van brand.
In addition, I have been involved in:
- building one of Europe’s largest rental fleets,
- and developing dealer financing solutions within the banking sector.
This unique combination gives me a holistic understanding of manufacturers, dealers and financing structures throughout the caravaning industry.
Sales in Transition – Turning Change into Opportunity
The interface between manufacturers and dealers offers enormous potential.
The challenge is to develop new sales channels without undermining established partner networks.

My fascination with innovation started early, including a solar-powered vehicle project as part of Jugend forscht, Germany’s renowned young scientists competition.
Today, my focus includes:

- lightweight construction,
- and renewable materials.
